My Plan of Attack


OMAD


Ok, soooooo here I go again. Another year, another weight loss plan. Like I said on the A Bit About Me page, I have tried it all. Now I am going to start eating just one meal a day (OMAD)! What? Yup! I have been doing research on it and seeing results from others. I am only here right now on my blog to document a bit so I am not going to go into the plan much right now. There's not much to tell anyway....Just eat one meal a day. Try to keep it at the same time everyday. Don't just use that meal as a time to completely binge of fast foods. I will be trying to keep this meal at, or close to, my daily caloric intake needs. I am not going to think about it too much in the beginning. Weighing my food, calculating my calories? NO WAY,  not right now. Off I go and welcome to my new journey :)

PS,
I say this is what I am planning on doing now, but who knows....I am known to change my mind all the time. I may do this for a few weeks OR even a few days and say screw it! LOL we shall see
